We deliver and set up the sauna and cold plunge at your location, walk you through everything, and return for pickup after your session or event. We typically need a flat parking area with safe access. Depending on the setup, access to water and electricity may be helpful, but many setups can operate independently.
Depending on the experience you book, you're welcome to bring your own swimwear, towels, and essentials, or we can provide everything needed for a premium, hassle-free sauna and cold plunge experience.

Depending on the package you choose, we will arrive approximately one hour before your scheduled session to fully prepare your experience - heating the sauna, cooling the plunges, and ensuring everything is ready for you to enjoy at your booked time.
We accommodate almost any event or occasion you can think of - corporate and team-building events, family gatherings, romantic gateways, athletic recovery sessions, sports events, competitions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, weddings, or simply a relaxing day or evening with friends.
We also offer professionally hosted experiences, including guided sauna and cold plunge sessions, with an on-site host available throughout your booking if desired.
If you can envision it, we'll do our best to make it happen!
*Please note that (corporate) events may require and on-site host, which is available for an additional hourly fee.
We thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment after each rental using all-natural, non toxic cleaning products. As part of the drying and sanitation process, the sauna is heated up to 200°F, helping naturally disinfect the interior. All towels and sauna wear are freshly machine washed between every booking.
- Our packages start at $475, and we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- The remaining 80% will be automatically charged 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
- You may reschedule up to 7 days in advance without losing your deposit.

Hi, I’m Kevin Busch, founder of SWEAT & FREEZE!
I grew up in Germany, where going to the sauna isn’t a luxury or a trend—it’s simply a way of life. From my childhood through adulthood, regular sauna visits were part of my routine, a place to relax, recover, connect with others, and reset both body and mind.
After moving to Houston, Texas, I realized how much I missed the authentic European sauna experience. While there were wellness options available, I couldn’t find the traditional, approachable sauna culture that I had grown up with.
Everything changed after a recent trip back to Germany. Visiting my old sauna spot brought back memories and reminded me how much those moments of heat, recovery, and relaxation had always been a part of my life. When I returned to Houston, I started searching again for that same experience but couldn’t find anything that truly captured the European tradition.
That’s when the idea for SWEAT & FREEZE was born.
Together with my wife, Shaunda, we built this family business with one simple mission: to make authentic sauna culture accessible and bring people together through wellness, recovery, and connection. Instead of asking people to travel for a great sauna experience, we decided to bring it directly to them.
